The PPP Centrum creates, in cooperation with the Ministries of Finance and Regional Development, the Czech country-specific PPP Process Methodology, which will form the basic guidelines for the public sector clients in terms of how to prepare and implement PPP projects. The methodology aims at a transparent procurement procedure that will ensure value for money.

The legitimate preparation and implementation process for PPP projects, including the supervisory (gateway) process will depend on the approval of the Concession Act and the change of related legislation that is likely to happen during 2006.
The Methodology Section of the PPP Centrum web pages now
contains several draft guidelines relating to the preparatory PPP stages. These
guidelines will be updated in terms of the developing PPP environment and
experience gained from the pilot PPP projects.
